Consultant / Freelance Residential Surveyor (Private Instructions)

We have recently been instructed by an independent and well-appointed practice who is seeking additional surveyors to undertake residential surveys and valuations on a freelance / consultancy basis to provide additional coverage due to increased workloads (privately instructed only at present).

Urgent Vacancies Exist In:

• SE London (SE, parts of DA, BR, CR)
• Kent (TN, ME, possibly CT)
• M11 Corridor (SG, South CB postcodes, West CM postcodes)
• Southend (SS)
• Guildford (GU)

Client: An independent and very well instructed practice undertaking Surveys and Valuations across Essex and Hertfordshire on behalf of private clients, solely.

Workload: RICS Homebuyers Reports, Building Surveys, Market Valuations, Help-To-Buy Valuations.

Fees: High Fixed Fees per Job, meaning surveyors enjoy excellent overall income regardless of property / report type.

Payment: 60/40 in favour of the surveyor.

Professional Indemnity Insurance: Provided by our client, but consultants will need to carry their own.

Availability: Minimum 3 days weekly availability (can offer Full-Time workload if interested), flexible to suit a range of circumstances, plenty of work available.
