Property Management Surveyor SOUTHAMPTON
A leading commercial real estate firm has recently instructed Beach Baker with an exciting new opportunity to recruit either a recently qualified Property Manager or a non-qualified surveyor who has experience of commercial property management and would perhaps like the opportunity to qualify within a highly regarded firm based in it's busy Southampton office.
The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation and you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients across the South region. You will be providing day-to-day management for large investment fund clients, in addition to reviewing leases, understanding service charges and you will operate in a client and occupier facing role.
You will be expected to build strong client relationships with clients and other teams and colleagues. The role would suit an ambitious individual, who is motivated, driven and keen to progress within a top performing firm.
The ideal candidate will either be working within a private practice and be a qualified MRICS survey or have commercial property management experience. This position offers excellent training, a competitive remuneration package and exceptional opportunities for progression within a market leading organisation.
