Estates Surveyor - Council - Kent - 6 Months - £42 p/h

We are currently looking for an interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract with a view to extend beyond this. They require someone who is immediately available to interview.

• Manage a soley commercial based property portfolio.
• You must be a fully qualified RICS surveyor.
• Experience in Rent/lease renewal and negotiation, estate management of a large portfolio of property.
• You may also be involved in some valuations work but the bulk of the role will be focused on negotiations of landlord and tenant matters.
