Amida have been instructed by a Real Estate Investment firm with its own in-house property development arm to introduce a Project Manager to the lean development team.
The role is to act as the sole Project Manager alongside the current Head of Development and Quantity Surveyor. You will shape the PM function and make the role your own.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a firm that has a steady workload and a fantastic strategic plan. As the firm are still in their infancy, there are many opportunities to progress and to grow the Project Management team around you in the future.
The role is based in London and will include regular travel UK wide as our client covers London and the regions.
Desirables:
Contractor, Developer or Consultancy background as a Project Manager.
You must have a construction related degree and should have a solid few years' industry experience within the property sectors rather than civils / infrastructure.
You will also have a track record of running and delivering your own schemes with minimal support.
If you wish to study your APC, our client will support you through this and help with the costs.
If you have some QS experience this is a bonus for our client.
Current Projects:
Refurbishment of a listed pub into student accommodation
1800 square foot Cat B Fit Out
200 square foot commercial fit out
2 new build residential properties
3 flats with underground parking
Student accommodation scheme consisting of 100 flats
Current refurb of own HQ in central London
