Job Details
I currently have a capital project officer role within a local authority in Derbyshire they're looking for someone to cover maternity leave.
The role:
Prepare and deliver Contracts/Projects under the guidance of the Senior Officer to include the planning, preparation and delivery of Major Works Projects and Programmes of work to all council assets.
Duties:
- To deliver projects in line with planning, building control, section 20, party wall assessments, consultation
- To carry out other such duties associated with the service area, which the Asset Manager may from time to time require, to maintain the efficient and effective running of the service.
- To apply the principles of good Customer Care by taking responsibility, ensuring reliability and having respect for all those for whom the service is being provided, including colleagues and Elected Members.
Job requirements:
- Drivers licence
- Office based with travel to Alliance locations
