Contracts Manager - Housing Association - Oxfordshire - Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are currently partnered with a leading Housing Association to appoint a Contracts Manager, a key role in their Construction Leadership team, to manage the construction for their developments in a new region for the business.

As part of a brand new region for the business, the role will focus on a range of developments across the Oxfordshire and Bristol areas, reporting directly to the Group Director of Construction and working with key stakeholders including, Land & Development, Technical, Commercial, Sales, Contractors and LA's.

The business are commercially minded in their outlook, with most of the leadership coming from Private Developers. The role would suit someone ambitious who wanted to support with building a brand new region with a growing business, in a key role in their Construction leadership team.

You will be experienced in Residential Construction, including traditional build housing and RC Frame apartment led schemes. Multi-site experience will be beneficial for this post to support their existing and pipelined schemes.
