With offices throughout the UK, this company have experienced rapid growth in the past 15 years and see their London office as their next key development area.

Your new role
You will work within the Building Surveying team, working primarily within social housing handling legal disrepair cases. You will work for key Housing Association and Local Authority clients throughout London and build and manage your own relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be extremely competent with diagnosing defects and have worked within a private practise having gained experience liaising with Housing Associations and Local Authorities previously.

Previously working as a Legal Disrepair Surveyor would be advantageous.
