Job Details
The successful applicant will be a surveyor who has good all round commercial surveying experience and looking to join a firm that is smaller in size but has some very big clients names.
Responsibilities will include;
- Client liaison and interaction
- Acquisition & Disposals
- Landlord & Tennant
- Some Property Management including rent collection, financial reporting and maintenance
- Lease Management
- Rent reviews and negotiations
- Site inspections
- Preparation of Properties ready for market (Sales & Lettings)
- Producing accurate reports and marketing material
