Working within the Capital Development team, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality Capital Projects, predominantly within healthcare, higher education, science or research establishments. Typical projects range in value from £5m - £50m.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will ideally be chartered (MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM) or working towards chartership. You will have experience of supporting business cases; SOC, OBC & FBC stages as well as having worked across all RIBA Stages. Experience of working with NEC 3&4 is preferred. There will also be an opportunity to contribute towards winning new business with bids and tender submissions.

Applicants will have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and collaborative communication style as well as having had experience of working across a complex and mixed-use property portfolio.
