Chartered Quantity Surveyor - Leicestershire

Our clients are a multi-disciplinary property & construction consultancy with offices based throughout the UK. Due to organic growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to their team based in Leicestershire who can manage new and repeat business with a number of Clients throughout the UK.

The role:
They're ideally looking for an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, to be responsible for managing multiple projects across various sectors. This is a client-facing role so candidates should be presentable with excellent communication skills. You will be involved on projects at various stages from inception through to completion.

Requirements:
- MRICS 
- Experience working within a Private Practice environment 
- Good working knowledge of JCT suite of contracts
- Contract Administration experience 
- Experience of working with Design and Build contracts
- Excellent understanding of cost planning and procurement strategy
- Experience of producing professional documents and reports
