This Senior Project Manager will be working for a major hotel Client on refurbishment works on rooms, F&B and common areas as well as project monitoring on larger builds throughout the portfolio plus the chance to work on fit out projects within the commercial, residential and hotels sector, Projects ranging from £1-20m

This Senior Project Manager will join a Young, vibrant and fun Independent Project and Cost management consultancy. This Senior Project Manager will be based in the London office. This Senior delivery Project Manager based in Southwark office will be working in a non corporate environment that is a dynamic ,funky and modern open plan office alongside a very social team of people

This Senior Project Manager will ideally have:

• A minimum of 3-4 years' post qualification experience in a Project Management role for a consultancy and who is looking for a new challenge.
• The ideal candidate will be MRICS / MAPM
• The expectation is that candidates will have sufficient experience and knowledge to be self-sufficient in managing projects under the guidance of an Associate/Director and, for larger projects, work as part of a team taking responsibility for delivery of specific elements of work. Good pre-contract, as well as construction delivery experience is essential.
