The Firm & Role

We are working with a niche practice based in London's West End to appoint a QS and SQS to the newly established team.

Our client covers QS, PM and Fund Monitoring.

Our client has recently appointed a head of QS to establish and grow the QS team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team in it's infancy and help it grow, meaning many progression opportunities and scope to build your own client network and team moving forward; our client has fantastic growth plans.

You will work heavily with a leading figure in the industry with several years experience working for major consultancies and developers across London. An exceptional opportunity to learn, develop and work to grow the QS division.

The project experience you will gain is rare and in demand, our client has several theatre projects lined up that you will deliver on and as the team grows and gains further clients you will have the opportunity to work on additional arts and heritage projects and listed buildings, which our client specialises in. Our client also has a desire to move into residential and commercial sectors in the future.

Moving forward you will have the opportunity to be involved in business development and growing your own network and client base as you progress.

A proven track record in project delivery is essential. Our client is increasingly busy and needs someone who can work autonomously with a strategic mind and desire to progress

Our client offers a nurturing and supportive environment, the culture is relaxed and friendly. The management team are extremely experienced, with many industry contacts and a track record of success, they are keen to employ those who wish to develop and progress with them.

Requirements:

MRICS or studying towards APC (support provided)
Ability to meet deadlines

Strong consultancy experience within the property / buildings sectors
Able to form lasting relationships with clients and team members
Private sector experience
