Chartered Building Surveyor

Established independent Chartered Building Surveyors based in Norfolk have an expanding client base and turnover with a high level of business within London and throughout East Anglia and are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expanding team with the possibility to progress to director level for the right candidate.

You will be offering a wide range of services including, but not limited to the following:

> Building Surveys
> Contract and Tender Administration
> Project Management of refurbishment and alteration schemes
> Party Wall Matters
> Dilapidations
> Schedules of Condition
> Defect Diagnosis
> Expert Witness Reports
> Fund Monitoring
> Acquisition Surveys
> Specification Writing

Together with quality experience of delivering excellent customer service, the ideal candidate will be a sMRICS qualified Building Surveyor, self - motivated with outstanding customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
