Job Details

A large portfolio holder is looking for an experienced Commercial Surveyor to drive forward their commercial asset management investment function.

About Your New Role:

  • You will maximise the performance of the companies asset holdings
  • Report to the Head of Operations and lead on the asset investment plan by undertaking estate management and a disposal programme
  • Oversee an increase in revenues generated from existing and new assets
  • Manage a team of professionals in the delivery of strategic and operations property management

About You:

  • Ideally you will be MRICS
  • You will be at an advantage if you can demonstrable first hand knowledge of property issues faced by the public sector and experience of working to targets within a commercial environment.
  • It is desirable if you have a valid driving licence
