Associate Project Manager - CAT A

I am working exclusively on behalf of a real estate investment consultancy. They are currently looking for an Associate Project Manager to work on high end CAT A fit out projects.

This is a strong opportunity to make the role yourself and be head of delivering the projects.

They are a global bank with a real estate arm working on large blue chip clients with help of funding the projects from the bank.

This opportunity is perfect for a Senior/Associate PM to progress in their career and head up a team in one of the most respected real estate investment firms in the market

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking responsibility for overseeing the Cat A project management services of the London project management team;
• Developing a best-in-class delivery model in line with the established processes in place;
• Taking responsibility for focused business development, client targeting and marketing activities to internal and external clients; Taking and being responsible for instructions, from inception through to completion
• Overseeing similar work undertaken by other project managers and building surveyors within the department to agreed standards and processes.

The candidate will be required to:

• Work within clearly defined, well established processes
• Proactively solve problems and find solutions, consulting with more experienced colleagues on more difficult or unfamiliar situations;
• Be structured, organised and diligent.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a construction related discipline - Building surveying / quantity surveying / construction management / architecture.
• Ideally MRICS or equivalent
• The candidate should possess a full, clean driving licence.
