This position is working within a highly regarded and highly awarded professional building consultancy based out of Auckland, New Zealand. Due to a strong forward workload, and desire to further grow their project management offering, this business is looking to hire a number of experienced Project Managers to join an established team.
They are known in industry for their commitment to delivery high profile, high value projects, and have been recognised as the RICS team of the year recently. They have a strong commitment to their staff, and in turn their development of these people through their business. Teams are known to have a strong bond, and familial interests see a large number spending time outside of work together.
They are on the lookout for experienced construction professionals with a consultancy project management background, in particular one with experience managing; commercial, government, infrastructure or high rise residential type projects.
Role Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 6+ years experience in a Project Management consultancy
- Project experience from a range of different building types
- Ability to manage client relationships, coordinate consultant engineers and architects
- Strong financial and project delivery track record
- Be able to work accurately and independently whilst managing your time to meet deadlines
