Area Manager – South London Region - £Outstanding Package

Are you currently acting as, or do you seek a step up to, Area Management within a national, corporate, panel manager environment?

We have partnered EXCLUSIVELY with one of the market leaders who seek an Area Manager for their South London region with responsibility for:

• The day to day management of staff (circa 20 fee earning surveyors)
• Fee-earning (2 to 3 days per week on patch)
• Client Liaison
• Compliance / Complaint / Quality
• Reporting to senior management on performance and profitability

Remuneration is excellent with a total package worth in the region of £80-90k per annum, comprising:

• £60k-70k basic salary
• £20k+ bonuses (calculated on personal fee earning and regional performance as well as compliance targets)
• Car or allowance
