Quantity Surveyor - Belfast
My client, a leading construction & property consultant, is seeking to recruit an MRICS Quantity Surveyor into their expanding Belfast team.
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for a range of pre and post contract surveying duties including: Budget estimating; Preparation of tender documents; Reporting on tender; Assembly of contract documentation; Cost reporting; Interim valuations and Agreement of final accounts
You will be working on exciting projects covering a range of sectors, both Private and Public, such as Education, Health, Commercial, and Infrastructure and will be actively involved in managing and developing the team to deliver projects profitably and to meet targets.
