Job Details
An exciting new opportunity has arisen in the West of England. A local authority are looking for an experienced Registered Valuer to come in on an interim basis to help fill the backlog of work within the council.
The role entails:
- Asset Valuations across an educational portfolio
- Provide guidance and assistance to members of the disposal services team on technical and professional matters
- Inspection, valuations and preparation of valuation reports
The ideal candidate will have relevant public sector and general practice experience, and will also be a RICS Registered Valuer.
This will be a 6 month rolling contract with the option to work full-time or part-time with flexible working hours.
