An expanding, highly established property and construction consultancy that operate across the UK are currently looking to bring on a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their thriving Bristol office.

Working with a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors, the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be undertaking a varied role covering both project and professional services including; defect diagnosis, design/specification writing, project management and dilapidations.

The consultancy offers incredible career progression opportunities to the successful Chartered Building surveyor, with routes through to director levels.

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS
• Able to work both as part of a team and off own initiative
• Commercially focused with a track record in consultancies preferred
• Experience in liaising with clients and networking
• Full UK driving license

In Return, The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will receive;

• £36,000 - £46,000
• Car allowance
• Performance based bonus
• 25 days annual leave
