Senior Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity has just been released for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants to build out a team for a specialist consultancy’s London office. 

The role:

The role has been created due to business growth and strong pipeline of work.  You will be part of a greater team of quantity surveyors who are located in a different City and report into the lead Director. The London office employs in excess of 50 professionals, who work from a flexible and innovative space by London Bridge.  
 

You will be tasked with delivering pre and post contract quantity surveying services to clients within the Education, Health & Life Sciences sectors. By your nature and capability, you will establish a team from the London office, taking control of the service line and working your way to Associate then Director.

About you:

You will have a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying. Have a solid grounding in the industry, ideally with in a client or consultancy, where you have focused your career working in the UK and within in the built environment. Your experience will ideally be within education, health or life science. You will be a chartered quantity surveyor, who is used to guiding your team through the apc process, either as a mentor, assessor or supervisor.

You will be paid a very competitive salary, provided full benefits and a bonus dependant on individual and company performance, 25 days holiday and cpd. You will be a key part for helping  the Director grow the firms capability and service offering.
