High End Valuation Surveyors required – International Consultancy - High Basic + Package

Recruiting EXCLUSIVELY through BBL, our client seeks quality focused, details orientated valuation surveyors to undertake low volume, high value bespoke (long and short format) reports for £multi-million property transactions (£5m-20m+) across London and (affluent) home county postcodes for exceptional fees.

Alongside loan security valuations, they also provide bespoke market appraisals for high net worth individuals alongside reports for other purposes including probate, taxation, accounting, matrimonial and investment.

Drawing on broad valuation experience and qualification, suitable candidates may come from a residential surveying (corporate / independent practice) or wider general practice background and will enjoy low volume, bespoke and less time-constrained reporting (within a compact patch) in return for:

• High Basic (Above Residential Surveying market averages)
• Exceptional Bonuses
