Residential Surveyor

A forward thinking Private UK Practice of chartered surveyors is looking to recruit a residential surveyor to work with this tight nit family run team. This is a firm with a superb reputation for providing the best expertise whatever your property needs are. The scope for the successful Residential Surveyor is broad, from Assoc RICS to ten years plus MRICS qualified, this firm will guide and embrace the talent accordingly.

Based in West Sussex , with work mainly focused there but with some spill to East Sussex and Hampshire the surveyor will be applying their knowledge of the property market to produce reports such as residential valuations, homebuyers reports, deeds and more.

The Residential Surveyor will have full support with managing their work load so the focus can be on the reports themselves.

The Successful Residential Surveyor?

  • Assoc RICS, MRICS or RICS
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills.
  • Maintain a professional attitude to work.
  • Strong face to face client skills.
  • Report and supply varied property information.

In Return?

  • £30,000 - £45,000.
  • Performance related profit share scheme.
