Assistant Building Surveyor

An innovative, forward thinking multi-discipline construction and property consultancy that operate across the UK are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their thriving and expanding building consultancy team in the Birmingham office.

The consultancy are ideally looking for an experienced Assistant Building Surveyor with experience in undertaking a range of instructions including; dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis and specification writing.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be fully supported with the APC program with several of the senior staff well versed in acting as both supervisors and councillers, that will ensure that a tailored APC training plan is in place.

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have;

  • Ideally 12+ months APC diary
  • Experience within both the commercial and residential sectors is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Full UK driving licence

In Return, The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £25,000 - £35,000
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays
