Job Details
Our Client: Well established firm of surveyors and chartered building consultants.
Projects: Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Insurance and Residential.
Company Headcount: 50 - 60
Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified
- Experience of leading projects along with excellent client facing skills
- A minimum of 5 year's Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience of undertaking: cash flow analysis, financial reporting, change management systems, insurance valuations, claims, life cycle appraisals, tendering and procurement advice
- You will have experience of leading on projects as well as mentoring junior members of staff
