Project manager, Derbyshire, NEC3, NEC4, social housing scheme, council
Senior Project Manager required at a local authority based in Derbyshire.
- 5-6 weeks with the sole purpose of overseeing the handover of 12 new build homes on behalf of the Council
- Previous experience developing social housing schemes
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between Developer and the Council providing weekly briefings on progress
- Ideally has NEC3 / NEC4 contract management experience
- Understands Construction / compliance / handover process before client (the Council) completes the purchases
- 11th November start date
