Job Details
The role:
Beach Baker are seeking an MRICS or Senior Building Surveyor on behalf of a well-known global consultancy. You will join a large and supportive team and assist the firm in providing a range of consultancy advice to a range of clients, including corporate occupiers, investment funds and developers.
You must be able to complete the full range of professional building surveying (including dilapidations) and have experience with refurbishments, ideally within the office/industrial sectors. There may be the opportunity for European travel.
Candidate requirements:
- MRICS (willing to consider strong APC-level)
- Commercial consultancy experience
- Able to work both autonomously and within a team
- Clean driving license
- Willing to travel within the UK/Europe
Remuneration:
Salary is flexible and dependent on experience. Benefits include discretional bonus, private healthcare, car allowance, pension and paid subscription fees.
