Assistant Building Surveyor

Graduate Building Surveyor / Assistant Building Surveyor required:

A privately owned, nationwide firm of commercial property consultants are seeking a client-facing Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding Milton Keynes office.

This is a balanced project/professional services role encompassing the full complement of traditional building surveying services meaning the successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be given structured APC support and guidance towards achieving MRICS.

Offering advice throughout the property cycle, this forward-thinking consultancy prioritise giving employee's the chance to stand out and welcome staff input to help drive the team forward.

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor?

  • MSc or BSc in Building Surveying
  • 12+ months in a private practice/consultancy Building Surveying role
  • A team player mentality with a willingness to develop and learn new skills
  • A quick learner aiming to achieve MRICS status over the next 18 months
