Senior Quantity Surveyor, London

A European, Cost and Project Management consultancy who work on luxury residential and 5* hospitality projects are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to partner up with their London team.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have dual role of project delivery (pre and post contract) and management of junior Quantity Surveyors (APC supervision and project support).

Also working with the Partners to grow the business, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be well placed to achieve Associate and then Director status in the near future.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc in a construction related degree
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous Quantity Surveying consultancy experience
  • Ambitious
  • Good management skills
  • Pre & Post contract knowledge
