Associate Project Manager

Boutique, well established and reputable Property and Construction Consultancy are actively searching for an Associate level Project Management specialist who has New Build Residential experience.

Our client are city based and multi-disciplinary and it is off the back of manay successful campains that work is continuing to be secured resulting the requirement of a Senior Project Management specialist to take ownership of a new Build Residential project.

Reports To

• A Group Director

Main Duties

• Work closely with the client to understand the business requirements for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project.
• Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project and manage their development and delivery.
• Prepare tender and contract documents.
• Chair and Minute large Design and Client Team Meetings
• Ensure that the project is delivered within the financial requirements of the business unit.
• To estimate and plan projects from start to finish with built in contingencies.
• To ensure the project meets industry leading quality standards.
• Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project.
• To conduct project presentations and compile reports.
