A large and continually growing company are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who seeks to challenge themselves, to join their team. This exciting opportunity would involve reporting directly to the Commercial Manager in a role where you will be valued and encouraged to progress your current knowledge and capabilities.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:

• Financial control of the projects allocated in order to maximise recovery and minimise expenditure set against pre-agreed targets.
• Procurement strategies.
• Subcontract packages.
• Cost Value Reconciliations.

To be successful within the Quantity Surveyor role you will have:

• Experience within the residential/home building industry and an understanding with the contracts involved (JCT) along with surveying procedures.
• A can do attitude and the mentality to progress and succeed within this role.
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Member of RICS or CIOB is preferred or membership of an equivalent professional body.
