Building Surveyor

I am working with a multi disciplined RICS firm who undertake Block Management Services, Lettings and management, Commercial Management and Agency, and they have a small team of Building Surveyors who deal with in house and out house clients.

They are ideally looking for someone who is experienced and working in a similar role but will consider a Graduate with at least 1 year of solid industry experience who is confident to work without supervision. 

They are looking for a surveyor to fit into the team, and require skills in the following:

> External and Internal Project work including Section 20 and Specification Writing
> Dilapidations
> Party Wall
> Reinstatement Valuations
> Long Term Maintenance Plans 
> Development and Refurbishments

Salary negotiable based on experience and qualification, benefits will include 23+ days annual leave, CPD and ongoing training. relevent professional fees paid plus pension.
