In order to further help with their growth, they are now looking to add a Chartered Valuations Surveyor to practice.

Role Description

An opening has emerged within our busy Valuation department for a Chartered Surveyor. Day to day duties are anticipated to largely cover Red Book valuation work for a range of purposes including secured lending, accounting and taxation. The workload will be predominantly within the commercial markets, focussing upon the principal sectors of industrial, office and retail property. We do also deal with portfolio and residential valuation instructions, which the candidate will be expected to deal with as part of a wider team tasked with delivery. Geographical coverage is focussed upon Northamptonshire and the surrounding Counties.

Experience Required

You should ideally have two years post qualification experience and be an RICS Registered Valuer, preferably engaged in the local markets. A driving licence is essential for the performance of this role. The candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Office. We are seeking an individual whom is autonomous, motivated and organised, but also capable of working as an effective team player. Those experienced solely in residential valuation are also encouraged to apply.
