Job Details
We have been exclusively asked to find the next key Development professional for one of London's top developers.
A new opportunity has arisen within a top London residential-led developer, requiring a skilled and commercially aware Senior Development Manager to come on board as soon as possible. Your main role will be to guide the development through the next phases, so you will need to have a strong Planning and Development track record - ideally within London and the Home Counties - and you will have had some Green Belt experience.
The scheme you will be leading on is a major redevelopment of over 1000 units just outside the M25 - so has significant importance - set to be a major mixed-use development.
You will ideally be MRICS or MRTPI with excellent knowledge as well as confidence to lead at the Development stage within the delivery of a large and complex site, and be a strong communicator, both to internal and external figures.
