A well-established, expanding multi-discipline commercial property consultancy are currently looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to join their client focused, thriving Manchester office.

If you are looking to progress your career as a Building Surveyor with a forward thinking, progressive consultancy, this could be the role for you. The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be undertaking a wide variety of instructions including; dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, project management and contract administration.

Additionally, the successful Building Surveyor will also take responsibility for the development and leadership of graduates and junior members of staff, with exceptional career progression potential to Director level for the successful individual.

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS
• History of working predominantly within consultancies is preferable
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a leadership position
• Client-facing demeanour

In Return, The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will receive;

• £50,000 - £60,000
• Performance based bonus
