Property Manager – Council – Hampshire – 6 Months - £300+

My Local Authority Client based in Hampshire is currently looking for an interim Property Manager to join the Estates team for the next 6 months. They are looking for someone who can interview in the next week.

Skills/Requirements:

• Primarily you will be overseeing the effective management of the commercial portfolio dealing with service charges, contracts and budget administration.
• You won’t need to be a member of RICS but you will need understanding of its application and practice.
• Deal with external agents from large national companies to small businesses within the council itself, you will need to demonstrate that you can deal with their needs/requirements and be an effective communicator when dealing with these situations.
