A London Residential Developer is looking for a young, ambitious technical Architect or Quantity Surveyor to join them in a client-side Project management role.

They currently have 6 projects delivering 700 residential units with the expectation to buy 3-4 sites per year.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or Architect with minimum 2 years experience who is looking to move client-side.

You will be joining a team of 5 development professionals and will be an active member in the delivery of the residential element across all sites post planning. This will include involvement in:

  • The procurement process
  • The design process
  • Tendering
  • Writing the contracts
  • Overseeing the on-site construction process
  • Budgeting, and
  • Stakeholder management.
