Job Details
A successful, leading firm of Chartered Surveyors have an opportunity for an ambitious Rural Surveyor to work in a busy agricultural department in a multi discipline office covering Scotland and Northern England. Ideally looking for a few years post-qualification experience who is an ambitious, client focused professional and wants to join an expanding company.
Responsibilities will be wide ranging and a broad portfolio of clients. The work broadly includes property sales and development, renewables, communications masts, compulsory purchase and utility claims, agricultural and forestry consultancy, and valuations. The firm is a forward thinking, energetic and friendly company of Rural Surveyors and Consultants, with the highest professional reputation and a strong team culture.
The Candidate:
MRICS with experience in the rural sector
FAAV favourable but not essential
Ambitious and client focused
Strong ties or hands on experience of farming or rural land management.
Adaptable with can do attitude
Organised with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and client service skills
Good sense of humour with ability to sustain a sustainable work-life balance.
