Head of Project Management

A reputable Building Consultancy based in the Kingston area are looking to recruit an experienced and Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for heading up the Project Management team, working alongside a building consultancy team of Surveyors.

The workload was previously out sourced but due to continuous demand they are keen to create a desk in house and give you the chance grow the desk to create a strong and resourceful team. You will be taking on warm referrals from the building consultancy team, so you will have a strong and reliable work base from existing clients. There will be a wide variation of Commercial of projects between projects between the valuations of 5mill to 20 mill.

You will be expected to maintain existing clients and also create new business too. If the candidate is successful there will be an opportunity to build a team around you and go from strength to strength.

Requirements

• Need to have ideally over 6 years experience in a similar role
• Would be beneficial if the candidate could bring some of their own business
• Ideally from a Consultancy and commercial based background
• A Chartership or Membership of an appropriate organisation (RICS, CIOB, APM etc)
