Senior or Associate Building Surveyor - new office - Birmingham

Beach Baker have been instructed by a well-known regional multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to expand their Building Consultancy team. This prestigious company were founded over a century ago and have over 600 employees and pride themselves on holding the 'Gold Investor in People' award. The office is located in central Birmingham.

The role:

The role will involve a 60/40 split between projects and professional work, in which will be a particular focus on Dilapidations. In addition, due to the office being newly formed, a large element of the role will be focused on business development/bringing in new clients.

Current clients include blue-chip and private investment firms, along with large public-sector framework clients and private landowners.

The candidate:

  • MRICS
  • Technically proficient, with experience with dilapidations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client-facing
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Clean driving license
