Employers Agent Project Manager

Multi-disciplinary Consultancy with offices in London and the South East are looking for an Employers Agent with experience of project managing and delivering large residential projects principally for Public and Private Sector Clients. 

Understanding of construction cost and value. Understanding of basic project modelling and financial viability principles. Track record of success in repeat business from existing clients and the development of new clients.
 
A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with strategic issues at concept stage, stakeholder management, design development through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review. Excellent knowledge and experience of procurement approaches. Sound knowledge and experience of the construction industry and associated technical matters, including CDM.

Ideally you will have experience in:

> Public & Private Sectors
> Mixed Use Developments
> Regeneration 
> Employers Agent Duties.

To be successful in your application you will need to show the following experience in your CV:

> You will need to be confident with excellent communication skills as you will be liaising closely with Clients, Contractors and Developers
> Experienced dealing with and organising all pre-contract investigations, surveys and other due diligence issues
> Ability to chair pre-contract meetings
> Project Manager other consultants on behalf of the client
> Undertake client funding
> Preparing Employer's Requirements, Performance Specifications, RDS...
> Amending contracts, preparing Build Agreements and JCT Contracts
> Tendering
> Prepare and issue Contract Documents
> Site Inspections
> Co-ordinate manage of projects as a whole
> Pre-handover inspections and end of defects inspections
> Preparing final Accounts
> Microsoft Office software
