Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong client liaison skills and a background in the high-end leisure and hospitality sector? This established consultancy specialises in the leisure and hospitality sector and is recruiting in their high-end hotels and restaurants team.

Now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their high-end hospitality team, you would be offering a turnkey service across a broad range of luxury hotels and restaurants, delivering a  variety of projects in a broad range of styles recognised names such as Shoreditch House, Limewood, The Pig, The Wolseley and many more.

Person Specification: Senior Quantity Surveyor

• You will have a degree or alternative qualification in Quantity Surveying
• You will have Senior level practical experience in the luxury fit-out sector, ideally but not essentially on high-end restaurants, hotels or houses
• You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable liaising with highly discerning clients
• You will be comfortable working within a fun, fast-paced work environment

Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Alongside a typical senior QS role, you will work across the following additional roles and responsibilities: - 

• Run a team of Quantity Surveyors, Assistants and juniors
• Run and manage clients with projects up to £8m
• Liaise with design teams
• Liaise with, support and advise high-end clients
• Manage fee forecasting
• Manage invoicing
• Oversee resources, liaising with Directors

Salary & Package: Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Salary up to £60,000 (dependant on experience and background)
• Company car
• Twice yearly bonus up to 10% of salary
• Pension up to 4% matched
• Visible progression route
• Early finish Friday
• Company social events
