Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is sought by a Boutique Building Consultancy in Central London.

The role:

The position has been created to support the senior team in the delivery of quantity and project management duties. It is expected that the successful candidate will be able to run some of their own jobs whilst supporting the senior team on larger projects.

With the client base being nicely diverse, through investor, occupier and developer you will experience a good range of projects through new build, fit out and refurbishment. Core sectors are commercial, industrial, leisure and retail where you will work closely with the client team. 

About you:

You will have a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying. Ideally have a good grounding in the industry, with in a client organisation or consultancy, where you would have worked within commercial sectors. Your experience is likely to be in pure quantity surveying but if you have exposure as a clients’ representative, contract administrator or project manager it would be very beneficial. It is essential that you wish to gain your Membership with the RICS and are a self starter who is highly organised.
