Associate Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Director – Quantity Surveyor has been created by known Property Consultancy in London.

The role:

The position has been created to establish the service offering in London. You will work closely with the Lead Director of the project management team, who will be your mentor, advisor and leader. They will introduce to existing clients, helping you to win work and build the service offering. Through your success you will progress through to Directorship and receive all the accolades and compensation from this prolific consultancy.

The sectors that you will work within include commercial, higher education, industrial, leisure, logistics, residential and retail.

About you:

You will be chartered quantity surveyor, who has a demonstrable career within private practice. It is anticipated that you will currently work for consultancy, delivering a commercial or leisure service offering. More than likely you will have hit a glass ceiling or be frustrated by the slow progression or lack of recognition by your practice and desire an opportunity that will put you in a trail blazing position. 

It is expected that you are used to taking the lead on projects, managing and fostering client relationships.
