Estates Surveyor – Council – Sussex - 6 Months - £325 – Inside IR35

I am currently working with a Council based in Sussex that are looking for an experienced Estates Surveyor to join their team for 6 months. The ideal candidate will be available to interview immediately.

Skills/Requirements:

• You will be working on general estates management for the Council’s commercial property portfolio which includes schools, libraries, offices and industrial sites.
• You will need to carry out lease renewals and rent reviews as well as other general practice duties for the Council.  
• They are looking for an estates surveyor who has a strong background in asset management as you will be required to carry out complex acquisitions and disposals.
• You will also need knowledge on the planning process and early life cycle and understand the estates/property department’s involvement on this.
