Job Details
A major developer is looking to bolster their team with a Construction Manager who will be the No. 2 person on a major regeneration project located South of London.
This is an ideal role for someone with:
- 7-10 years experience as a Construction Project Manager, Site manager or Construction Manager
- previous experience working for a contractor, house builder, Housing Associations, or developer focusing on residential
- a track record of seeing a project or a phase through to completion
Exposure to mixed-use including retail and hospitality would be ideal.
