Senior Building Surveyor

Are you a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor with a deep understanding of the residential & commercial sector.

A fantastic opportunity has been created for a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor who is looking to develop their career and also skills within a well-established property consultancy based in the City of London. They are looking for an individual to help nurture existing business and also add value to the team by bringing new clients on board.

With a network of 120 offices worldwide, employing over 2000 employees. Our client provides bespoke services such as Building Surveying, Capital Allowances, Cost Management, CDM & Health & Safety and Project Management Services. They are a huge contender within the built environment working with clients ranging from charitable trusts, developers, governing bodies, high net worth clients, housing associations and financial institutions. 

The role is within a dedicated client-facing and customer-focused team who are now expanding due to their recent win of projects. You will be joining a team headed up by 2 partners and 4 associates. You will be seen as your client's trusted advisor, be used to working with multiple stakeholders and ideally have worked with a larger practice where you have internal clients. It is essential that you have some management experience, whether that is managing a small team or mentoring team members through their APC. 
Staff are highly valued and provided a solid platform/career with the opportunity to progress within the business to partner level.

The successful individual must be MRICS with at least 2 years PQE and have experience within handling a diverse portfolio delivering several projects with a variety of clients. It is imperative that you have professional services experience. Experience within project management of multiple site schemes will also be beneficial.
