This client organisation is a leading Blue Chip company and one of the largest panel managers of residential valuation and survey work in the UK. They have been in business for more than 25 years. They are a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the top FTSE 100 companies and a leading provider of financial services in the UK.
Due to strategic growth of the business several exceptional and rarely available opportunities have become available to join their prestige team of surveyors.

STAFF SURVEYORS – NATIONWIDE

Candidates will have a detailed knowledge and experience of residential mortgage valuations, Homebuyer reports and associated work, and be able to operate with minimum supervision. An excellent claims record is essential, and you will be a registered valuer. Workloads will be at a very manageable level providing a good work/life balance., undertaking premier fee work in your local region. High earnings with basic salary, commission, car etc.

 

TECHNICAL, COMPLIANCE, RISK SURVEYORS – HEAD OFFICE AND HOME BASED

Ideally with experience, although surveyors with exceptional technical ability are encouraged to apply.

The organisation wants to recruit only top quality staff and offer industry leading packages.

This includes an industry leading basic salary, outstanding commission or bonus earnings plus car or allowance where required, generous holidays, exceptional pension and a range of other benefits.
