Project Manager

A medium sized construction consultancy is looking to appoint a project manager for their Berkshire office.

About the client; 

Our client works across a multitude of sectors including residential, commercial, urban regeneration, retail and health. Their service offering includes project and cost management, building surveying, m&e and civil engineering and urban planning. Typically, projects range from £1m to £200m.

About the role;

As a project manager you will be responsible for leading your own smaller scale projects and be part of the wider project team on larger schemes. On the smaller projects you will find yourself running project from cradle to grave.

About you;

The role requires you to have progressed from a building surveyor background or currently a building surveyor who wants to move to a pure pm role. Being chartered is ideal and having a degree in a construction related field.
