GRADUATE RURAL ESTATE MANAGER WINCHESTER
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a private practice within a Rural Estate Management role.
My client is open to bringing onboard either a graduate or newly qualified surveyor to undertake a rural estates manager role. You will work within a strong and experienced team where you will be able to flourish and develop your career quickly and with excellent support.
You will undertake a range of activities expected in a rural estates management role, including handling rent reviews; property management of residential dwellings (including rent reviews, repairs, etc) and commercial portfolios; managing vacant properties, wayleaves, etc.
You will work with long-standing clients of the firm and will have exceptional support in order to help you feel part of a successful and friendly team very quickly.
This highly regarded firm will easily be able to assist graduates to attain their RICS qualification within the team and firm. Candidates should have a relevant degree.
